SUMMARY:Bible School - Discovering the Bible
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to our Autumn Bible School group ”Discovering the Bible”. \nDuring 5 Sunday sessions during Autumn\, we’re going to meet to learn more about the bible\, and specifically the Gospel of Mark. \nThese sessions are beautifully aimed at those who maybe aren’t so used to the Bible\, maybe you haven’t really read it so much\, or never at all. Maybe you’ve read it a few times but would really like to understand better what it’s about and how to read it! \nSession Overview \n10/9: ’The grand story’; Mark 1-3\n8/10: ’Compiling a canon’; Mark 4-6\n22/10: ’Interpretation 101’; Mark 7-9\n5/11: Mark 10-12\n19/11: Mark 13-16 \nAlthough we have scheduled three chapters for each session the main point is not to finish all the chapters\, but to read the different passages together and discuss them. Som tioåring kastades Flavia in i ett hjärtskärande drama. Som tonåring tvingades hon fly till Sydamerika.\n\n\n\nMännen runtomkring henne skapade löpsedlar med sin kriminalitet. Flavia led i tysthet\, fick ta emot dödshot och hamnade i händerna på en yrkesmördare.\n\n\n\nFrån Jordbro till Montevideo och vidare till Barcelona och Punta del Este pågick en jakt efter kärlek och bekräftelse. Samtidigt var det en flykt undan kaos.\n\n\n\nFlavias utlämnande berättelse skildrar hur en kvinna drabbas av de grovt kriminella männen i hennes närhet. Men den visar också på en kärlek och frihet som är starkare än hat och tjocka fängelsemurar.
